ANNAPOLIS, MD - Police said they recently arrested a Glen Burnie man accused of sexually assaulting daycare students in Annapolis.
Officers identified the suspect as 57-year-old Roberto Medina.
Authorities said multiple juvenile sexual assaults happened at 240B Hilltop Lane, an apartment used as an unlicensed daycare from 2003 to 2019.
The Annapolis Police Department said the assaults were committed between 2013 and 2015 by the suspect, who lived there at the time but wasn't the daycare provider.
Officers said they learned about the assaults this July.
Authorities said they arrested Medina on Aug. 25 in Anne Arundel County.
Police said Medina is charged with multiple sex offenses including:
Officers asked anybody with information on any children at this daycare to contact Detective Nancy Moore by calling (410) 693-3635 or emailing nkmoore@annapolis.gov.
Moore told Patch that the victims were assaulted multiple times. She declined to comment on the victims' ages and genders.
