About Us
Redline Athletics is a program where athletes can come in at their convenience for our group classes. These classes are 60 minutes long and broken down by four sections which are Injury Prevention, Dynamic Warm-up, Speed & Agility, and Strength & Power. While here, athletes will get stronger, faster, and work on their range of motion and flexibility with every workout. Included in this program, we evaluate all of our athletes by testing their Vertical, Broad Jump, 10yd sprint, etc. and we retest these things every 3-4 months to ensure that athletes are progressing within our program. All athletes are able to have a free trial prior to joining our program.
