I help young professionals develop strategic steps to achieve their personal and career goals. The motivating passion throughout my life has been a calling to inspire and equip others to make a difference with their lives.  I thrive on helping others to discover their unique gifts, skills, personality, passion and experience that are all of part of shaping them as individuals. As the Lead Pastor at Abundant Life Church, I have consulted with young business professionals, pastors, staff, boards and teams trying to develop effective strategies for advancement of their organization.

I have lived and served the people of Anne Arundel County since 1985. My wife, Kathy and I raised our two married sons, Brian and Ben who both graduated from North East High School. We have four grandchildren, Ana, Jacob, Nicholas and Oliver. I am currently serving on North County Business Advisory Board, Take Back Our Streets, Glen Burnie Town Center Committee and I am a current member of the Northern Anne Arudel County Chamber of Commerce.
