I tend to agree with this. The reason kids go here is probably because it's out of the watchful eyes of faculty and cops. If you increase monitoring of it, they'll just find another place without so many eyes.

I tend to agree. In fact, when I was first putting this list together, I had left them out because honestly I had forgotten about them. But ultimately I felt it was only fair to include all available options.

Annapolis High School's plan actually incorporates three levels of teaching, according to what they showed at last week's meeting. From my story on it: "...classes would be taught with three approaches to each subject of discussion, each dealing with students of varying abilities." Yep, I was aware of that when writing the story. I've covered the Charter Review Commission in the past. But I don't think her role on that board is relevant to this particular story. If she becomes involved with redefining residency on the charter later on, then that line can be drawn.
