I seized the opportunity when the sun broke through the clouds in the late afternoon to partake in a frozen refreshment—and you can, too, Wednesday with 7-Eleven's SlurpFREE day. Participating 7-Eleven stores are offering free 7.11-ounce Slurpees between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday. The 7-Eleven website lists about 10 7-Elevens in Glen Burnie.
