MVA Unveils Giant Dummy to Promote Seat Belt Usage

The Motor Vehicle Administration in Glen Burnie unveiled a giant crash test dummy to promote seat belt usage.

This percentage is greater than the percentage of deaths caused by impairment or speed in the same time period. The fiberglass sculpture cost $63,000 and was paid for with grants from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
