Police Seize $48,000 of Marijuana and 6,000 Rounds of Ammunition
A drug bust in Glen Burnie on Monday turned up marijuana, guns, ammunition and suspected steroids.
Anne Arundel County police arrested three suspects and seized more than two kilograms of marijuana, five guns and approximately 6,000 rounds of ammunition from a home in Glen Burnie, after serving a search and seizure warrant on Monday evening. Shortly after 6:30 p.m., officers from the department's narcotics team and patrol unit entered a residence on the 400 block of Pine Terrace and located 2,401 grams of marijuana—with a street value of approximately $48,038—as well as a Glock 21 handgun, a Ruger P89 handgun, a Saiga shotgun, a Precision .223 rifle and an FN Scar Rifle, with about 6,000 rounds of ammunition They also seized approximately $17,819 worth of suspected steroids. They just need to make all drugs legal, every mug shot is drug related! cops should focus on violent crimes, If all drugs are legal tomorrow in a few months all the dope heads would kill themselves and gangs won't have any power anymore. What the hell good is arresting drug addicts, they will just do it again (but the county and state make to much money arresting non violent people)   more ›
