Police Arrest Men Accused of Stealing Copper Piping

Police said two men stole the piping from Glen Burnie houses that are under construction early Thursday morning.

Anne Arundel County police arrested two men early Thursday morning in connection with the theft of copper piping from houses under construction in Glen Burnie. Dean Zornes Jr., 30, of the unit block of Twin Circle Way in Baltimore and Charles Flood, 23, of the 100 block of Birch Road in Stevensville were charged with theft and trespassing. According to a police press release, officers responded to the area of Hidden Oak Lane in Glen Burnie at about 1:50 a.m. for a report of a suspicious U-Haul rental van occupied by two men.
