UPDATE: 1 Dead After Car Goes Airborne From I-95 To I-195

The crash happened Thursday morning in Baltimore County.

UPDATED (3:12 p.m)—A Harford County man was killed Thursday morning when his car went airborne off Interstate 95 and landed on Interstate 195. According to a news release from Maryland State Police, the crash took place shortly afer 7 a.m., when a 2006 Ford Focus struck the left guardrail on northbound I-95. It went airborne, landing in the eastbound lane of I-195, striking a 2002 Chevy Suburban. The cause of the crash was not immediately known, and the incident remains under investigation. Pedestrian Dies of Injuries After Being Stuck by a Car

Witnesses told police the man was running in and out of traffic.

A pedestrian died Sunday morning after he was stuck by a vehicle while walking on Maryland Route 100 eastbound near Interstate 97 on Saturday night. According to a release from police, Dwayne Edmond Rauchhaus Jr., 31, of the 300 block of William Way in Stevensville died Sunday of injuries sustained Saturday night. Police said witnesses observed Rauchhaus on Saturday just before midnight running in and out of the travel portion of the roadway when he was struck by a Hyundai Elantra driven by a 16-year-old female. Investigators found no evidence that speed or alcohol were factors on the part of the driver, according to police. Rauchhaus was transported to Maryland Shock Trauma in Baltimore with life-threatening injuries, according to police…
