Police: Man in White Van Tried to Abduct Woman
The woman was not injured and was able to run away.
Police are looking for a man who drives a white work van in connection with an attempted abduction that took place Monday night in Glen Burnie. According to Anne Arundel County police, the incident occurred at about 9:42 p.m. in the area of 5th and Delmar avenues in Glen Burnie. A woman said that a man "accosted her on the side of the road" before trying to pull her into his van, according to a police press release. The woman was able to get away and was not injured, police said.
