A man was injured when a vehicle rolled over near Interstate 695 and Maryland Route 10 southbound, fire officials said. Anne Arundel County firefighters and paramedics responded to the area at about 6 a.m. Tuesday for a reported crash and found a single vehicle had rolled over, according to fire spokesman Division Chief Michael Cox. Medics took a man believed to be about 27 years old to the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with injuries that were serious but not life threatening. In separate incidents, a man forced his way into a Brooklyn Park woman's home and stole money and jewelry at gunpoint on Friday and Mikie's Diner was robbed early Monday morning.

A woman was seriously injured in an accident Thursday evening in Glen Burnie.
UPDATE (9:50 a.m. Friday): Anne Arundel County firefighters and medics transported a woman to the hospital Thursday evening after she was involved in an accident in Glen Burnie. Crews responded to Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Harriet Drive at about 7:40 p.m. Thursday for a reported motor vehicle accident, said fire spokesman Chief Michael Cox. A woman, believed to be in her late 60s or early 70s, was trapped in her vehicle. After removing her from the car, she was transported by helicopter to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with injuries that were life-threatening, Cox said. Cox said he wasn't sure how many vehicles were involved in the accident.

On Saturday night, drivers experienced backups on Maryland Route 295 after what The Baltimore Sun reported was a case of road rage involving four vehicles. Brooklyn Park: Robbery Three teenage boys reportedly stole a bicycle from a 9-year-old boy in Brooklyn Park on Thursday afternoon, police said. Anne Arundel County police responded to the 200 block of 11th Ave. East in Brooklyn Park for a reported robbery, according to a police press release. Officers spoke with a 9-year-old victim who said he and his friend were riding their bicycles in that area when three teenage boys they didn't know approached them. Police said the teens pushed the 9-year-old and his friend off their bicycles, assaulted them and stole one of the bikes. The teens were last seen heading east on Townsend Avenue toward Baltimore. Emergency workers responded to two accidents along the Interstate 97 corridor on Monday morning, fire officials said. The first incident took place at I-97 and Maryland Route 100 at 5:45 a.m., but crews did not transport anyone to the hospital, according to Anne Arundel County fire spokesman Lt. Keith Hamilton. Then at 6:14 a.m., crews responded to an accident at southbound I-97 and Quarterfield Road. They transported one person to Anne Arundel Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries. The age and gender of the victim was not known as of 9:30 a.m. Monday, Hamilton said. The incident required the use of the Jaws of Life to help remove the person from the car, according to Hamilton.

A 23-year-old woman was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with serious injuries after a motor vehicle accident Thursday evening, fire officials said. The fire department responded at about 8:10 p.m. Thursday to a report of a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of River Road and West Nursery Road in Linthicum. Firefighters found a car that had gone down an embankment, according to Anne Arundel County fire spokesman Capt. James Rostek. The woman suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries, Rostek said.
