A 9-year-old girl told police a man approached her twice in the past week while walking in Brooklyn Park.
The following information was supplied by the Anne Arundel County police and fire departments about incidents in Glen Burnie, Brooklyn Park and Linthicum. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Patrick Ryan Galliher, 22, was sentenced last week.
In a separate incident, police said a 17-year-old boy was stabbed during a robbery in Brooklyn Park on Sunday afternoon.
Police received two calls within an hour of each other, leading to the arrests of two men on drug charges—one who allegedly attempted to swallow bags of crack cocaine before his arrest.
Four adults and two children were displaced Thursday night as a result of the blaze, fire officials said.
An investigation determined that an aerosol can had discharged in a piece of luggage Thursday afternoon, causing the appearance of smoke.
