This family-owned Italian restaurant is the second of its kind to open in Maryland (the other two locations are in Aberdeen and Pikesville). The atmosphere varies with the time of day -- a business vibe at lunch morphs into a more elegant, date-night feel for dinner. The bar is hopping from happy hour through till close, and there's usually a wait for tables, so reservations are a good idea. Prices range on the higher end of modest, but the portions are enormous and the menu rather large, so order a few dishes and share to get the most bang for your buck. Specials run weekly, and the "endless salad and breadstick" lunch is a filling option.
