Zero customer service skills, and unreliable wait times. Went there yesterday to get a battery changed told it would be ready in a hour - after an hour and half wait they didn't even start on my car. Went down Ritchie to the new AAA - was in and out in 30 minutes, with a better price and warranty on the battery. Don't waste your time at Sears!
