In 2007 a employee stole my wedding / engagment ring. It is 5 years later and still no trace of my ring. Kay did give me a compensation ring but it still does not feel the same as my original. Since the stealing they had brought back a very repitable manager. Unfortunately this manager as I just learned no longer works for the company as of this year. I now cannot trust anyone at that store or in this company. The customer service can be horrible at times and so can some of the workers. Take caution when bringing your jewelery to this and many other Sterling stores. Also customer service cannot guarantee but she did say when jeweler employees act in a crime with their employers, most of the time they will remove the diamonds and then sell the gold to be melted. I also have a police report for my case and I am still searching for my ring hoping the theif did not destroy it.
