This place is disgusting! When I moved in, it only took a matter months my apt became infested with bed bugs, a few roaches, and a mouse!! I was so upset that it happened all at once and I am a very clean and organized person. I found used cocaine bags in the stairwell, people smoking pot outside, used needles outside in the parking lot, my car was keyed, the police are always patrolling, and crime lab showed up several times. When I went to the office to complain about what had been going on with crime, they didn't do a D***N thing. When I filed a report on my keyed car, the cop even said it was nasty place to live! Neighbors putting trash in the stairwells and playing loud freaking music! Also, background checks, they don't do them. I have seen 3 people get evicted my building within a few months of each other, just goes to show you how sorry the management is. The staff are just some incompetent individuals that can't resolve anything! The property manager, Jennifer Morales, is a joke! Her inability to manage, solve problems, educate her staff, address issues is an embarrassment to anyone calling themselves a manager. She needs to be fired along with the entire staff! The looks of the outside are deceiving; it’s not pretty by any means. It’s an unbearable place to live and I am going to do my best in spreading the word about this dump and its horrible staff and management. Its a zero rating!

DO NOT LIVE IN CHESAPEAKE GLEN APARTMENTS! When we first moved to Maryland we were on a tight budget and thought this place looked much nicer compared to other similar rent payments, but now we wish we had never lived here. We soon after became infested with roaches. We could hear every word of the tenants beneath us because there were at least ten people there talking and playing loud music throughout the day and night. I did not feel safe walking at night by myself as we had gotten reports of attacks/robberies, in addition to the unpleasant feeling I had from the sketchy looking people that would hang around throughout the day and night. The roach problem most concerned us, and after two years of "treatments" we decided it was time to find somewhere else to live. Management was very rude and not in the least sympathetic to our desperate case. We had a very unpleasant experience here and would not recommend it to anyone.
