Harley and Boyfriend Are the Pets of the Week

This week's pets of the week at Harley and Boyfriend, both waiting at Baltimore Humane Society for their forever homes.

This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Harley and Boyfriend. Here's what they each have to say--

Hello. My name is Harley and I am a two-and-half-year-old Shepherd/Pit Mix. I was brought to BHS because my owner was not able to keep me contained in her fence and I kept getting away. I am very sweet and have a lot of energy. I also enjoy playing with toys, and getting treats and attention. I do have a tendency to jump up on people so I may need training or help in that area. I love to go for walks, but a harness would really help. I seem to be okay with other dogs, but if you have another dog we would do an intro to be sure everyone gets along. The same goes for children -- since I have not lived with any, we would arrange to meet and see if everyone gets along. I’ve been here a while and would love to find a terrific family. Could it be you?

Hello. My name is Boyfriend and I am three-and-a-half years old. I was originally brought to BHS in 2010 because my guardians abandoned me at an apartment complex. I was adopted and then returned AGAIN because the person had allergies! I am very sweet, and love people and food. I am playful and kind, but I am NOT a lap cat. I would still make someone a great companion. I can sometimes be a real talker too, just depends upon my mood. If you would like to meet me in person, please visit BHS soon.

The adoption fee for Harley is $165, and $105 for Boyfriend. Plus get a free bag of starter food!
