Two men wearing ski masks and carrying handguns forced their way into an apartment demanding prescription medicine and money Friday night, say Anne Arundel County Police.
Officers were called about 10:01p.m. to the 600 block of Milldam Court in Millersville for a report of a home invasion. Two men forced their way into an apartment and assaulted a 34-year-old occupant and demanded money and prescription medications.
There were also four juveniles present in the apartment. One of the juveniles was struck by a suspect and suffered a minor injury. The adult female victim and one juvenile were taken to BWMC for non-life threatening injuries.
The two suspects fled the scene on foot prior before police arrived. Multiple units responded to search the area, but police were unable to locate the suspects.
While the investigation continues, police say the break-in was drug related.
A flyer was distributed in the area asking for the public’s help in finding the suspects.
