Police Seek Help Locating Registered Sex Offenders

The Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division Sex Offender Registry Squad is searching for several men who have no fixed addresses.

Police are seeking the public's help in locating several registered sex offenders who are known to frequent the Glen Burnie area.

According to a police press release, offenders without fixed addresses are required to register or check in on a weekly basis with police and warrants have been obtained for the following men:

  • Ronald Richard Schmier, 45
  • Dwight Anthony Carter, 31
  • Thomas Randall Long, 48
  • Charles Edward Parker, 52, (known to frequent Millersville in addition to Glen Burnie)

If you have information about any of these men, call the Anne Arundel County Police Department Sex Offender Compliance Squad at 410-222-3457 (between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.) or 410-222-8610 (24 hours a day).
