oh please, I have kids in my neighborhood selling crack and other hard core drugs everyday. I've complained incessantly to the police about the same people in the same households on my street that have parties (frequently) and leave so drunk they actually have had accidents with each other while trying to drive away (and one of them actually hit a 6 yr old girl) and the police tell me there is nothing they can do. Three men with less than 4 oz's of pot? Whoopee, lets concentrate on the more serious issues. Yes, I know, marijuana, gateway drug blah, blah, blah...but there has been at least 6 murders within veiwing distance of my home in just the past few months and I'll bet none of them had to do with marijuana and if my concerns about my neighbors drunken parties had been addressed with half the zeal they go after someone who has pot (which may have been for personal use) a little 6 yr old might not have been hit by a car.

Its a shame that the police are allows to kick in someones door for only a little bit of pot and "158 dollars". What kind of police work is that?

This arrest wasn't about just "pot", this apartment building had been badically taken over by the residence of this apartment. The suspects were running a operation with no respect or sensitivity for the other tenants in the building, some of whom are elderly & others who have kids. To downplay the drug for which they were arrested for is showing ignorance to the way in which they could've been selling it.
