Police Car Hit in Glen Burnie

No life-threatening injuries, according to reports.

An Anne Arundel County police officer went to the hospital after the officer's vehicle was hit by another vehicle near the intersection of Route 648 and Crain Highway North on Monday afternoon, according to ABC2 News.

All nearby lanes were closed after the accident.

A Toyota Sienna van failed to yield and t-boned the police vehicle as the officer was responding to a call. The police vehicle had both the lights and siren activated at the time of the collision, according to the report.

No one suffered life-threatening injuries, and the police officer was treated at a local hospital, according to ABC2 News.
