An Anne Arundel County Circuit Court judge has postponed the sentencing of convicted killer Shawn Anthony Johnson, 19, of Glen Burnie, until Johnson's lawyers have had more time to review sentencing options.
Judge Michael A. Wachs told Johnson it was only fair that he and attorneys have ample time to present and review case law about merging some of his charges.
Johnson is now scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 2 for the November 2010 murder of Misael Flores, a patron at Mr. Wings & Pizza. Johnson will be the third of four defendants to be sentenced for Flores' death. .
Last week, , 19, of Brooklyn Park to 30 years in prison after he entered an Alford plea to second-degree murder in June. On Monday, Judge , 19, five years on top of life in prison for the felony murder of Flores.

Johnson is scheduled for trial in August in Attia's murder.
The fourth defendant in Flores' death, Willie Antonio McLean, 20, is scheduled for trial in the fall. against Johnson, Butler and Bunner as part of a plea agreement with the state. In exchange for his testimony against the other three defendants, he is expected plead to second-degree murder and the state will recommend a sentence of 30 years with all but 20 years suspended.
