You’re invited to join me in the fight against Diabetes!

I am a CrossFit Level I certificate holder and will be leading several strength and conditioning on Saturday’s throughout October, November, and December.

I would like you, your friends, family, and co-workers to take advantage of this opportunity to get a great workout, improve fitness, and help fight diabetes.

Together, we can improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.

Each workout includes:

• Welcome and introduction (5 minutes)

• Warm up (5 minutes)

• Demonstration of the skills we will use during the workout (10 minutes),

• Time to practice each skill and movement (15 minutes),• Workout (20 minutes),

• Cool down (5 minutes)Each workout is designed so that everyone can be successful and appropriately challenged – whether you are an experienced CrossFit athlete or a first time participant.

Event Dates: Saturday Oct 20th,27th, ***Nov 3rd***, Nov 10th, Nov 17th, Dec 1st, Dec 8th, Dec 15th 

If this is your first workout with me, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time to sign a waiver.

Locations: One or more of the beautiful parks and other outdoor locations in the Glen Burnie Area (example: 3rd Avenue Park, GBIA Carnival Grounds and the B&A bike trail) 

Location for November 3rd: Glen Burnie Town Center (meeting at the Water Fountain and Ice Rink at 8:00 am)
