A Glen Burnie woman's 15 minutes of fame are not all up, apparently, and her second time in the spotlight made her a whole car richer.
Dana Zadia Hardy, 37, who was recently featured on TLC's "Extreme Couponing" for her savings prowess, got her chance to meet Drew Carey and test her retail knowledge on the legendary CBS game show "The Price is Right."
The taping of Hardy's appearance happened earlier this year, while she was on a trip to Las Vegas and California, reports The Baltimore Sun.
The announcer called her name in the first round of contestants, and from there she passed the round of bidding to play alone on stage for a car, which she eventually won. But when it came to spin the wheel to advance to the showcase showdown, her luck ran out.
For a play-by-play of Hardy's game show experience, read the article in The Baltimore Sun.
