Get a free introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong, learn some basic movements, ask questions, and enjoy a cup of premium tea. The class is taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, who teaches tai chi/qigong throughout Anne Arundel County and trains with top tai chi masters from around the world.
