If you only make it to one yard sale this season, it should be this one.  The selection will be phenomenal.  I personally have tagged over 160 items, and that doesn’t take into account any of my neighbor’s items.  I have items from my grandmother’s estate, my in-laws downsizing, and plenty from our household – wedding gifts that were never used, candleholders, candleholders, and more candleholders, and brand new personal care items I’ve bought in the last 2 months.  When the sale starts, 25-30% of my items will be new in original packaging!  Come early for best selection—the good stuff will go fast.  Cash only, please.
