Police located Glen Burnie resident Carolyn “Embers” French Wednesday after her friends and family members voiced their concern because they had not heard from her since May 1. At French’s request, police did not release any further details other than stating that she was located “alive and well.” Officials from the Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks issued a letter stating their plans to reopen the skate park at Sawmill Creek Park.
