A woman told police she was involved in a struggle on Sunday night after a man tried to rob her in the 5700 block of Ritchie Highway.

According to Anne Arundel County police, officers from the northern district responded to a reported robbery attempt at about 8:40 p.m Sunday.

The woman told police she was able to flee after the man attemped to rob her, and was injured during a struggle. She was transported to Harbor Hospital in Baltimore and treated for minor injuries, police said.

Although multiple officers responded to the scene and canvassed the area, police said they were unable to locate the suspect.
