Who Knows Glen Burnie?

It looks like we've stumped you again. This week there is no winner of the "Where in Glen Burnie?" photo contest.
The photo of the rim was taken at Jack's Tire on Crain Highway. Unfortunately, I believe the hurricane and earthquake might have prevented some people from leaving guesses.
