Glen Burnie Artist at Sugarloaf Crafts Festival
When/Where:
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Rd., Timonium
Details:
Mino Re of Glen Burnie will be featuring his cast stone sculptures in the Sugarloaf Crafts Festival in Timonium. The cast stone sculptures created by Re, an Italian-born artist and engineer, are fashioned for the home or garden from his original designs and interpretations of historic art and sculpture. St. Athanasius Church Bingo
When/Where: 7 p.m. (doors open at 5:45 p.m.) Friday at St. Athanasius Church in Curtis Bay

Haunted House
When/Where:
6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Prince George's Stadium in Bowie
Details:
Prepare to be scared: All-new Doomsday Asylum 2012 Haunted House presented by Tulip Gulch Productions runs weekends through October. Note that show is rated PG-13 and not recommended for children. Gallery Exhibit
When/Where:
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Chesapeake Arts Center in Brooklyn Park
Details:
"Art of the Chesapeake" is an exhibit of extraordinary oil paintings by Severna Park artist John O'Neill.

Farmers Market
When/Where: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Executive Center at Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC)
Details:
Seasonal fruits, vegetables, baked goods and prepared foods will be available. BWMC and Healthy Markets offer farmers markets bi-weekly on the first and third Saturdays of each month through Oct. 20
Cost: Free (cost of food varies)
