Police Arrest Three in Brooklyn Park Drug Bust

Police seized cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia after carrying out a drug warrant.

 

Anne Arundel County police arrested three people in a drug bust in Brookyln Park on Wednesday night.

At approximately 8:30 p.m., officers from the department's narcotics and special operations units carried out a drug warrant at a residence on the 900 block of Victory Avenue and found three suspects, one of whom was flushing baggies of cocaine down the toilet, according to police.

Police arrested all three suspects, and seized 6.32 grams of cocaine, 30.74 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia–including smoking devices and packaging concurrent with a distribution operation.

Police arrested Ryan John Barile, 30, April Leigh Barile, 27, and James Steven Toney, 23, all of Brooklyn Park, and charged them each with possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance not marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
