Police: 4 Teens Rob Delivery Driver of Cash, Pizza

Police said four teenage boys robbed the driver at gunpoint Thursday evening in Glen Burnie.

Four teens allegedly robbed a Champs Pizza delivery driver Thursday evening in Glen Burnie, stealing cash and two pizzas, authorities said.

According to a police press release, officers responded to the 300 block of Juneberry Way at about 7:25 p.m. Thursday for a reported armed robbery. Officers spoke with a 27-year-old man who said four teenage boys approached him as he rang the doorbell at a residence on Juneberry Way and attempted to deliver food.

He said the teens pointed handguns at him and demanded money. The driver gave the teens an undisclosed amount of cash, as well as two pizzas, and they ran from the scene, police said.

Officers, two K-9 units and the aviation unit searched the area but were unable to find the boys, police said.

This is horrible. I know the owner and the people that work there. They work hard. My first job when i was 14 was at champs. Working with my friend sonny. Glen burnie is becoming riddled with crime.
