A Baltimore man is facing several assault and burglary charges, according to police.
Anne Arundel County police arrested a Baltimore man after a reported stabbing that stemmed from a domestic dispute in Glen Burnie early Saturday.
Police said that shortly before 1 a.m., a man forced his way into a residence on the 300 block of Klagg Court, where a woman he knew was located with another man.
Officers arrived at the residence in response to a disturbance report. Police arrested Carlos Ellis Spencer, 28, of Baltimore, and charged him with first- and second-degree assault, first-degree burglary and other charges.
Spencer struggled with the man at the residence and eventually stabbed him, police said. The male victim reportedly fled after being stabbed and Spencer assaulted the female victim as she attempted to flee. According to police, Spencer knew the woman from a previous relationship.
Police eventually located the man at a nearby hospital being treated for injuries that were not life-threatening.
