Linthicum Industrial Shelving Collapse Injures at Least Four

Three to five people sustained minor injuries, a fire spokesman said.

 

Industrial shelving at a Linthicum Heights warehouse collapsed Friday morning leaving some people with minor injuries, fire officials said.

Three to five people were hurt when the shelving collapsed in the 900 block of Corporate Boulevard, according to fire spokesman Lt. Cliff Kooser. Rescue workers are taking two people to local hospitals for treatment and two people refused treatment.

Kooser said it is not known what caused the shelving to collapse but the incident will be investigated.
