Glen Burnie Hires New Football Coach

Brian Henderson, who coached at River Hill, will replace Nick Good-Malloy as Glen Burnie High's new football coach. Good-Malloy resigned in December.

Glen Burnie High School's athletic director announced the hiring of Brian Henderson as their new football coach.

"Mr. Henderson is a graduate of Penn State University, a former teacher and assistant coach at Meade High School, and current teacher and assistant coach at River Hill High School," Glen Burnie athletic director Bruce Sider said in a press release.

Henderson will replace Nick Good-Malloy, who left Glen Burnie after his second year with the school to take a position at Annapolis High, his alma mater.

Henderson was a linebackers, special teams and wide receivers coach at River Hill, according to The Capital.

The absolute best choice for the High school! He has a winning mentality, and a passion for defense. This should be a great year! GO GOPHERS!
