Two Glen Burnie schools are among the 13 that will close one day early due to contruction projects, according to a press release from Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

Glen Burnie High and Woodside Elementary will end June 13 in order to prepare for planned summer construction projects. The extra day will allow teachers and staff at to pack up materials to help facilitate construction, according to the release.

Other schools closing early include:

• Brooklyn Park Elementary
• Linthicum Elementary
• Broadneck Elementary
• Brock Bridge Elementary
• Four Seasons Elementary
• Germantown Elementary
• Overlook Elementary
• Pershing Hill Elementary
• Severn Elementary
• Sunset Elementary
• West Meade

The school year for students at all other schools is scheduled to end June 14.
