It was a special day for students at Glendale Elementary School.
Anne Arundel County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Kevin Maxwell stopped by the school yesterday to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday.
He read to the first and fifth grade students. The fifth-graders enjoyed one of Dr. Maxwell's favorite books, Oh, The Places You’ll Go. While sharing his love of reading, Dr. Maxwell also encouraged the students to read often.
