Baltimore and Carroll County's Domestic Violence Hotline is looking for volunteers! We are in urgent need of volunteers to take calls and direct domestic violence victims to the necessary resources. A 30 hour training is mandatory and provided free of charge. Domestic Violence is a serious and ongoing problem with 43 Marylanders losing their lives to domestic violence in 2011.
